Twenty20 Building Consultancy acts in a consultancy capacity in relation to Pool Safety Barriers. This means that although no licenses or insurance is currently held to issue either Non Conformity Notices or Compliance Certificates, as a formerly licensed Pool Safety Barrier Inspection company, we have the formal training and knowledge to inform you as to weather your pool safety barrier will comply or not, as required by Queensland state government legislation.
As at 1st December 2010 strict new pool safety laws took effect that obligate any property owner that is selling, has purchased or is leasing a property with a pool in Queensland. The requirement under law now, is that all pool fence barriers are to comply to new standards and must be Certified and Registered with the Pool Safety Council.
This information is provided FREE of charge in your building report. Verbal information is provided and the items that require attention are described so you can be fully aware of the work and potential costs involved to achieve compliance. It is often important to discuss and consider the many options available to maintain the correct aesthetics of the property whilst still remaining compliant and as cost efficient as possible.
Our children’s safety is important and so is having a comprehensive understanding of what work and costs may be involved to protect our communities youngsters from drowning and submersion incidences.
